Returns & Exchanges Policy
At UCAN Sports, we are committed to delivering high-quality sportswear and excellent service to our customers around the world.
If you are not satisfied with your order due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item received, please contact us at info@ucansports.shop within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- A clear description of the issue
- Your order number
- Supporting photos as evidence
⚠️ All return requests must be supported by proof of purchase and visual proof of the problem.
As we ship all items internationally from Guangzhou, China, return shipping and any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer. In most cases, returning items internationally is not practical due to high costs and delays.
That’s why we handle returns case-by-case, with the goal of fairness and customer satisfaction.
✅ Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging
- Do not return any items without contacting us first
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Customized products (e.g. team kits with names or logos)
- Sale items and discounted products
- Items returned for change of mind or incorrect size, especially from overseas
💰 Refunds
If your return is approved, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.
Note that your bank may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please email us at info@ucansports.shop
